Popolion Team Recovery Registration
Hello, Saviors,
We would like to provide guidance for players who wish to recover their team from the previous Popolion server after the Kepa server merge on January 7th.
Please read the following instructions carefully, complete the Google Form linked below, and take note of the application and recovery dates.
If you encounter any issues with the Google Form, please submit a ticket for assistance.

(1) Did you have a team on both the Popolion and Kepa servers on the same account and wish to recover one of the deleted accounts?
-> If you wish to recover a deleted character, please select the first option.
-> If you select "No,-" the form will automatically end.
(2) The form will require the following information:
1. Current Papaya ID
2. Team Name you wish to recover
3. Server name where the team was located
* If you do not remember the exact Team Name or Server Name, you must submit a ticket for verification.
* Recovery cannot proceed without accurate information.
4. Newly created Papaya ID account
5. New Team Name created under the new Papaya ID account
6. Email associated with the new Papaya ID account
* Please note that if you input the same Papaya ID as your existing account, all teams on that account will be deleted, and only the recovered character will remain. Proceed carefully.
* The new Papaya ID account and Team Name must be created within the application period.
* If either the account or team creation is incomplete, the recovery process cannot proceed.
3. Transfer Period (BRT)
Forms submitted after maintenance between January 8th and January 13th will result in team recovery by January 21st.
Forms submitted between January 14th and January 20th will result in team recovery by February 4th.
Forms submitted between January 21st and January 27th will result in team recovery by February 4th.
Forms submitted between January 28th and February 17th will result in team recovery by February 25th.
